That's right! Only a Foundational Black American should live in a house that's that beautiful, family. Ya dig?
Location matters. I wouldn't buy it to live in it but I would use it to make a profit. There are huge gains to be made in real estate and not enough black folks getting in on the action!
If I had three extra, wanted to buy a 2nd home, or investment (somebody is going to buy it ... maybe Euros with the same idea or Chinese, if not the indigenous) ... not a bad area.
