I usually eat healthy, but I have a terrible sweet tooth.
I want to cut out a lot of sweets, so can you recommend any healthy mid-meal snacks (I like fruits & vegetables, btw)?
I'm often on the go, and it's hard to find good things to eat; but french fries& junk food can be found everywhere.
Help a brother out!

I like making Acai bowls and putting chopped strawberry, banana, organic peanut butter, and coconut flakes on the top. It be so tasty. You just have to watch your portion size or else it can be a lot of sugar and calories. Imagine this with worse presentation.

I like to eat saltines with peanut butter. Something I ate as a kid growing up as a snack. Still enjoy it. I also like baby carrots with a bit of dressing or dip. Popcorn is a go-to if I need some crunch. Lower in calories and all. I go for the popcorn that is just salted with oil or I air pop my own and use some high-quality butter (pasture-raised). I'll do trail mix now and then but I have to be careful with that. I once at a full bag without realizing it and that mf'er was over 1,000 calories lol

Baby carrots are good to munch. I eat alot of trail mix, almonds, peanuts. That helps the urge to be a fat ass
I love baby carrots. My problem is that I'll eat a whole bag of them while I'm sitting in traffic.
    My portion control is terrible!

That looks good! I use those same ingredients (even the peanut butter) to make smoothies. Have you tried a blended bowl?

No shame in that. If you are eating them with nothing, the calorie content is so low even an entire bag won't do much damage. I have done this myself. Better to eat a whole bag of carrots than a whole bag of chips!

Trail mix is a great snack! Even my little one loves it now! We like to make our own mix with almonds, raisins, walnuts, and sometimes shredded coconut.

Facts! Carrots satisfy my sweet tooth, too.

There were a few kinds I was getting from Walgreens. I think it was their brand. Man... Those were dangerous! I could easily kill a whole bag. I like to grab some to take to work with me and since the clinic is right down the street from a Walgreens, it made it convienet. I been eating too much of it lately. A healthy snack for sure but those calories add up fast!

I did this app called Noom back last year and it basically helps you redefine your relationship with food. Most people look at food as what to eat and what not to eat, Noom looks at food from the perspective of green, yellow and red. Green foods are fruits and vegetables that have high water content so that you can eat them pretty much with impunity, have low caloric intake and still feel full. Yellow foods are foods you should eat in moderate portions. Lastly, Red foods are foods you should eat infrequently, like sweets and junk food. Noom then goes on to illustrate how we have a behavior and environmental relationship with food and how changing those behaviors and environmental responses can help us make better food choices and ultimately improve our relationship with food.

That's really cool. I like that concept!

I like the frozen fruits for smoothies but other than that:

    -Mango Spears
    -Blueberries
-Banana w/ Peanut Butter sandwich [FatBoyShit]
-Soursop Juice (From the fruit, no powder)
    -Pineapples
♤Dragonfruit is supposed to be healthy but it teases like cardboard lol
I like dragonfruit, but it's hard to find (the international grocery stores have them sometimes).
And there's nothing wrong with a peanut butter & banana sandwich. That's good eating!

I could front and type some shit but keeping it a buck my snack is hot cheetos and airheads. I eat pretty good but my snacks are lowdown.
I just got hip to hot cheetos (my corner store only had Andy Capps hot fries). I was late to the party, bruh 😪
