The Biden Administration and federal government have an extra $13 billion for Native Tribes and BILLIONS MORE for Ukraine, but still refuse (as evidenced by their continued benign neglect and continued silence) to give Jackson, Mississippi (which is predominantly Black) at least $1 billion to resolve their current water crisis?!
