The Democratic party is behind this. They know if reparations like that pass in San Francisco then black people across the country are going to demand the same from the federal government.
So you can bet they paid that guy and the NAACP a hefty amount to speak against.
I mean why would we want housing grants even you could just buy a house outright with $5 mil and live nice off the $97k a year
