After listening to workplace racism on the C.O.W.S, I always make sure I have easy access to the employee handbook to refer to. When speaking with co-workers, I try to put the conversations in the context of the handbook to avoid bad situations.
That's interesting. There are some parallels to serving an apprenticeship. Plumbers, carpenters and some other trades people serve an apprenticeship to gain experience. Maybe not the best analogy but wouldnt it be better if a politician receives some sort of training before serving in a method...
