True, but overstated. When I've been to Cardiff, Leicester and Sheffield, there was a lot of swirling going on. However, with Leicester and Sheffield, it was Black swirling with Asian, as opposed to white. The swirling in London, there is a lot of it going on, but it tends to get highlighted...
