Yeah, something has to give. I agree with what @Jay said, the easy options are so unhealthy. I think it also has to do with how our society is - I don't see a lot of focus on being healthy. A lot of things that are supposed to be healthy are just fad diets that don't work either.

Agree with this and I really agree with needing to be able to have an uncomfortable convo with yourself. The only way to improve is to be completely honest an introspective. I see a lot of people who want help but can't admit what their problem areas are.

I saw a video like this about a girl who lived out of her car. She had the whole thing set up and it actually looked comfortable, all things considered. I agree that this wouldn't be possible in other states though.
