Brother Darrien Harris was found innocent and just released in Chicago after spending 12 years of a 76 year prison sentence. Now Brother Glynn Simmons is exonerated after almost 50 years of incarceration. This is sobering. Although innocent, we're held until we're old and lose the most vibrant years of our lives. Almost 60% of all exonerations are black people, mainly black men!

Yes. That should always be the question. It's hard to say what a definite solution to this problem could be in context of Glynn Simmons because you can't help it if you were a witness to a murder as a Black person, plus the White Supremacists can just choose any Black person that they want to place in Greater Confinement even if that Black person is on a completely different side of the planet but I would suggest that when even something minor as someone raising their voice in a room Victims Of Racism should be thinking "Uh oh, I am either about to witness or get into a fight or a murder of some kind" and leave the area quickly if you can or move away to a different part of the building that is far away from the fight or the attempted murder if you can't leave. Mr. Neely Fuller said that you should always be prepared for a situation that might change your existence forever in the beginning of this C.O.W.S broadcast (this broadcast also gives a lot of constructive Counter-Racist information on why you should be extremely careful if you want to confront Suspected Racists): The COWS White Terrorism On The Yoga Mat #WeepingWhiteWomen
Another thing to suggest would be by using the 'No contact No Conflict' rule meaning that Black people should stay away from each other if we're not doing anything of constructive value because when we have nothing to do or talk about we start to get angry with one another and start fighting because our problems are not being solved so we act out our frustrations as Victims Of White Supremacy on each other #VGQ
Those are the only suggestions that I can think of right now but maybe we can turn this discussion into a talk on suggesting solutions to avoiding getting placed into Greater Confinement like the Black males mentioned in this thread.
The criminal system in America is busted. A lot of people that are in prison should not be in prison. Unless you are actively selling hardcore drugs or you are someone that acting on violence and are a threat to public safety, you should get house arrest, not be thrown in prison. The cycle just makes criminals and unfortunately, a lot of our young black men end up hardened and their lives ruined because of it. Then you have cases like this popping up more and more where our people get put in prison for years only to be released with a "oops, we were wrong!"... People should be paid when this happens. Quarter mil for every year behind bars innocent.
