I would like to recommend this spiritual audiobook as it has been very beneficial to me in the way that I look at reality. It offers an invincibility to life circumstances, allowing your authenticity to shine brighter.
Although it uses Christian jargon, which can be offputting to some, it's not a religious book. It's about freedom.
Having fearfully left Christianity after 30 years of the guilt and shame it brought me, I found myself returning to many of its words years later with brand-new eyes. This book illustrates how our egos (separate selves, learned identities) distort truth and the helps to realign ourselves to wake up to our true selves: the end of suffering, bliss.
