No just look up BRICS. There is a new order rising up to counter American Hegemony which is going to splinter the world administratively. I doubt China would rise up into power just to submit to Europe, WEF, or anything like that. There may be mini NWOs in a town near you but I can’t see a one world government working right now. Too much friction.
