It’s so crazy to me how they have created a culture where fair is totally meaningless and actually looked down upon. Their culture is all about power and anything that gets in the way of power is discarded. When viewed through our value system we see it as cowardice but to them the only thing that is cowardly is it taking power when the opportunity is at your avail.
