I never have had one. I think people who get them or are prone to them have issues with constipation or sit on a hard surface too long. God gifted me with a built in seat cushion so I never had that issue lol
So you are probably pushing too hard and have issues with constipation. Up your water and mind your diet. You probably need more fiber. Look into magnesium as well. That draws liquid into the bowels and makes it easier to go. Softens things up.
