My sister has become a vegan, and I don't understand it. I gotta have my meat and dairy products. I also can't see myself eating nothing but fruits/veggies, and other plant based foods. I respect whoever wants to be vegan or a vegetarian, but it's just not for me. I don't think I could ever cut out meat. It's just something I don't ever want to give up.

Anyway, who here is a vegan or vegetarian?

I could never go vegan, I like cheese too much lol I've tried to go mostly vegetarian before and I even kept it up for a few months. I don't think it's ever something I could do long term though. Maybe years from now the meat alternatives will be a lot better and it'll be easier.

I don’t see a reason to. Unless my doctor says “Yo Sov, if you touch another piece of beef it’s curtains” I’m not going vegetarian or vegan.

I'm allergic to gluten so removing meat and being gluten-free is a little too much for me. I like eating, it's fun, I love fast and flavor...I can't give it up.

Being a vegan or vegetarian is too limiting to me. i try to eat a portion of what they eat, but I cannot stick to a strict diet of one or the other.

I love flavor as well. When I think of vegan and vegetarian people, I think of bland food. Of course, they will say otherwise. These vegan/vegetarian people do not realize how poisoned everything is and that is including so much of the organic/natural stuff.

I don't get excited when I look at vegan or vegetarian dishes. I think I would be miserable if there was only vegan and vegetarianism left in the world.

Vegan cheese is disgusting. I tried multiple ones, and none of them were "ok." Every one I tried had me almost wanting to puke.

Dairy is something I give up for months at a time and then I will want an ice cream based dessert to eat or a bowl of cereal/cow's milk. I'm lactose intolerant so I only eat this stuff once in a while because it tears my stomach up. I love most meat products that stores sell. I eat fruits/veggies, but they get boring.
