I drink it, doesn't bother me any. I hear those rumors that diet soda is bad for you isn't 100% true. I hear it doesn't spike your insulin nor does it store in the body like regular soda does. And no calories on top of it. Of course there are still chemicals in the mix so that could have a lasting affect on your body if you don't drink in moderation. But for the most part, I think in moderation, diet soda is a safe thing to drink.


I used to drink regular soda a lot, and that caused me decent weight gain, which is why I switched to diet soda. So far diet soda hasn't resulted in the same for me. But it may differ with each person.
