I agree with you there. You have to learn how to be your own repair man.Luckily for me my Dad used to always fix everything on his own, so I learned a lot from him growing up. Even now I call him to ask advice on certain things.It's worth owning. It's expensive but you are buying piece of mind. I see all these videos of Karen's confronting guys in apartment complexes and condos.If you are black a single family home is the way to go. It is safer and a lot more relaxed environment!
