This guy lives in a bubble within his own community so there are no consequences within his area. He's also low key signaling to whites he's not like those other negroes.
He gets stopped by the cops, he thinks his accent is protection that signals "I'm a foreign black, I'm 'different'" and I guarantee you will buck dance body language and tone when cops stop him.
