You can't do that in the hood and I agree.... But this isn't a black vs white thing, it has to do with subcultures. You won't be able to do this down by the hillbillies and rednecks either. Trash is trash but my brother is ignoring the fact that white people have trash too and a lot of it. Just cause he ain't living around it don't mean it ain't out there.
