Who are they and how to beat them. My experience is that any black person in c-suite are cooning for a living. But my question is: does Silicon Valley have the biggest execu-coons or is it another industry?

If they have money and are in the spotlight, there is a good chance they are cooning. The ones that keep their heads down and out people's mouths are the ones you can trust but they seldom speak out. They tend to do their work behind the scenes. I have a hard time finding a black man or woman in the spotlight who hasn't sold out.

I don’t know because there are so few Blacks in Silicon Valley. I would say the biggest coons are probably in entertainment or sports.
