They sell tiny canvases. Target has them for cheap. They have cheap acrylic paint as well or they have pouring kits. I used to get my supply from an online craft shop but Michael's bought them out after 2020 hit. I was so pissed. They had the best prices. Michael's is too damn expensive. You have to wait for their good sales or find stuff on clearance.
