I bet this goes all the way up to the CIA and Federal Government too and these are just the fall guys. OR these guys went outside of scope not knowing how high up the corruption goes and now this is the punishment for violating. This is the part people never want to admit when they talk about Police in the USA. It's a criminal institution that has a rotten foundation and all the fruit it produces are rotten too. We'll probably find out 60 years from now that they were using the proceeds from this operation to fund some war way off somewhere.
