I remember hearing about this case. As I understand, the victim should be eligible to higher compensation. Happy to be corrected if that's not accurate.To the point, it would be prudent if we all this type of action when stopped by the police. If they knew they were going to pay up, the police would have to think twice before stopping us. IOPC are an organisation to become knowledgeable on.
