In a lot of these places that are being turned over we don’t own the property, the stores, the roads, or anything so whose neighborhood is it really? Was it our neighborhood or just a place White people let us stay for the meantime?
Now I’m not saying that to cape for the government I’m saying that because I personally believe we have to look at the situation as logically as possible. What is transpiring is happening because we as a people got comfortable as the government kept encroaching on us time and time again.
I understand why because it’s scary but remember what Patrick Henry said?
“give me liberty or give me death”
That’s how Malcolm X thought but the average Black person says:
“Give me liberty or ima pray until Jesus returns”
Our enemy is taking shots at us which is the core issue but our response to it is the part that we can control as a people.
We are allowing this to happen to us. If we think any other way then we are conceding our lives to other people.
The BS stops when we want it to stop. But the fact is that we are going to have to be willing to take L’s in order to get where we want to be.
Ask around, the average Black person thinks we can vote ourselves out of this situation. We have to try BY ANY MEANS necessary to build a 1% that can wrangle the masses in order.
