I bought a cheap Huffy during the pandemic, but I definitely plan on getting a better one soon. My homie does a bike podcast so I'm gonna ask him to help.

Oh that's dope. I love bikes, they're just so expensive. I have two $1000 bikes and in the world of bikes they are considered entry-level.

As far as working out is concerned, it's something that I take very seriously. I even have a mini gym at home where I workout when I'm not in the mood for hitting the gym house. My physical fitness is very important to me. I workout Monday to Wednesday, skip Thursday, do Friday and skip Saturday and Sunday.

I find out helps to order my day..I think there is research that shows if one doesn't get it in the morning, they are less likely, so I try to do it then. Take it one step at a time, just turn on the workout music (x28fitness.com is a good online coach, black in Atlanta, see Blklist). Nothing strenuous, but its up to you (you also want to be consistent).. I just do my 80 pushups, 400 situps, and 2.5 min plank and I'm out. Takes less than 30 mins .Day one down, then do the next day. Before you know it, it's a regimen/habit. You'll feel better. Health is wealth Fam B1

I hardly workout to be sincere. I would rather take long walks and eat healthy. The last time I attempted weights or cardio didn't end well,so I just take it easy now.
The most important thing is for you to do what works for you. It's your body and you should understand it better than anyone else. If taking a long walk gives you a positive result, there's no need for you to be hitting the gym for extra work.

My brother is a gym instructor, so you can imagine what happens when you live with a gym instructor? Working out is part of our daily routine because he drags my black ass to the gym always even if I don't want to. I'm kinda enjoying it because I'm seeing the positive result.
If it happens that I can have a workout mate, it's going to be very helpful even with how busy I am with my work. Once there's anyone who makes it a point of his duty to get me on track, I'm sure I wouldn't be missing any session.

I do 50-70 push ups on a daily basis, 30 squats and 20 sit ups. That has been my daily training routine and I must say that it has been helpful to me as I have the type of body that makes me feel better. No matter how busy my schedules tend to be every morning, I always try to work out.

I work out religiously as well as eat right. Just wanna not be embarrassed at the pool or beach or when I got a chick over for the first time. The abs though, that's my weakpoint. Not even tryna get a six pack, just a flat-ish tummy. I've pretty much given up it will happen...and no I heard every advice...twice. But I bet someone is gonna suggest something like its something I've never heard before...lol

I had started going to the gym just before the pandemic and was really dedicated. I had picked up healthier eating habits and was starting to look pretty lean and cut.

After the pandemic hit, I worked out at home for a week or so and then just lost motivation. I had not only quit working out, but I had started eating a lot of unhealthy junk food and eating fast food a lot. I gained quite a bit of weight during the pandemic. Although I was only 3-4 lbs. over my suggested weight/BMI and was still fairly thin I just didn't like the way my body looked. I was to a point that I didn't even want to take my shirt off around my wife. It was embarrassing. I had a gut and absolutely no definition to my abs. My arms were small with no muscular definition also. I was literally having sex with my shirt on because I didn't want her seeing my body. About 2 months ago I decided that enough was enough and that I wanted to get back to looking better.

I started back going to the gym. I go about 4-6 days per week. I do weightlifting and cardio. I have also started eating healthier. I do meal planning and spend around $150 extra per month on healthy food options for myself. Wife and kids aren't really with the healthy foods. They still eat out and stuff often. I haven't had a soda, any candy, chips or snack cakes in over 2 months now.

What's crazy is that I actually eat more food and am still losing the fat but gaining muscle mass.

I lucked out and the physician I work with is also weight management specialist. So, I can pick her brain about stuff quite often. Plus, we recently started an extra assignment doing weight management 2 days per week so I am able to use the specialty scale at the clinic to get my body fat percentages and muscle weight and water weights.

Within the last month I have lost 2.5 lbs. of body fat, gained 5 lbs of muscle, and my body fat percentage is down from 25.5 to 23.9.

I used to try to hit the gym a couple times a week before the pandemic hit. I bought some weights awhile back to put in the garage but I think they got used once and that was it lol I think I just lost motivation with the shutdown and it hasn't come back yet.
I go to the gym 2-3 times per week, but when the pandemic hit and lockdown began, I did more running. I was running twice a week. Now that restrictions have been lifted Im back at the gym, but stopped running.

A great workout is put ur feet on a bench and do push-ups side to side
If your abs are your major focus of working out, then it's the right drills to getting it perfect. I have good abs but I'm sure that I can still work on them. I also have a big thing for big biceps.
