The victim was also in the wrong for starting the fist fight. I don't know Ohio law, but she too would face jail time in some states.

Reality and law are not one in the same. In reality, the girl in the white attacked someone and got blasted for it. That’s how nature works and no law will give white shirt her life back.
My thing is if the worker killed the white shirt lady after provoking her and then biting off more than she can chew, that’s wrong and cowardly.
But if White shirt brought it to the worker and the worker handled it as they felt necessary then it is what it is. It may not be right legally but what does that really mean. The law say busting 90 caps in a black man running is acceptable.
