I used to weigh 220  and I went down to 150 I actually remember the nation of islam eat once  a day I eat once a day in the morning when I'm hungry I eat fruits and vegetables and nuts I stop eating altogether around 5pm I workout a hour a day I drink Chinese tea with a little bit of cayenne  pepper it helps stops food craving if u do it lomg enough it won't bother u at all and stay as active as possible take dietary supplements the weight should come off
