Yes I am "suppose" to register them because they are over 250 grams. I did register my Fimi A3 with the FCC for $30 for 3 years. These 2 new drones I now have don't have the RFiD transponders that lets th FCC know who it belongs too and where is the controller located.As long as I don't fly by any airports or dropping burner phones and dope into a prison yard Phuck this government. Any drones that weighs under 250 grams doesn't need to be registered. In a couple years all drones large or small ar going to have to have that RFid installed in order to be sold here.
