I noticed this game because it has a bi-racial lead female character. It's getting bad reviews because of repetitive gameplay & characters. I think the devs were targeting young Black girl gamers but didn't develop a high quality game like ElderScrolls. Don't make a game with a Black woman then nullify the game by making it basic just to fill your equality quota. I think the voice actor is white by the way.

I've been watching livestreams of this game for most of the day. It's pretty good. I have noticed most of the bad reviews on Steam are from people who have barely played an hour into the game and complaining about every little thing they can think of.

Played the demo. Game seems good even though I'm confused about using all the magic. Will cop down the road.

Just finished watching a 12 hour stream where the guy I linked above only played through the main story quests. Definitely check it out for yourself. It's nowhere close to the basic dumpster fire people are calling it. Seems like people only reviewed the tutorial section of the game and turned it off. I could go on, but I'm looking forward to playing this in the future. Easily a 20-30 hour game if you explore everything.

I wanted to come back to this. My boyfriend ended up getting the game. I watched him play a bit last night (played a bit myself) and I am beginning to think the bad reviews are mostly just WS morons online. The game is not some kind of masterpiece by any means and has a slow start but it is not that bad. The fighting and crafting systems in the game are great. It is like an open world Final Fantasy. The devs clearly took shortcuts which hindered the game but I fully expected it to be a crap shoot and it really isn't. I think it is a solid 7/10 from what I have seen/played of it thus far.

Just like in everything else, we control gaming systems also & it won't be long before we're excelling in drones too!

I feel like people will look back and see this game as a hidden gem. All this noise about it being a bad game is internet trolling. Anyone can leave a bad review as well, you don't need to prove you own the game. I think it is worth pointing this out because a lot of people are trying to shit on it all over online and the game is one of the better ones to come out in recent years IMO. Even I am guilty of going a long with the mess. After seeing it in action, I changed my mind completely.
