Yeah that's how I see it too. They think they are some hidden genius or something who think they know what I or anyone else wants.
Sure, if it was Halle Berry they were setting me up with, I wouldn't make a fuss. I wouldn't be too mad about it, yeah I'd be anxious as all hell, but I'd get over it. Now if it was Lizzo, oh boy, sorry, but I'm out. A true friend would know the type of women you're attracted to and at least set me up with someone I might be into.
Also, reminds me of the time I was on a dating site and hit this one chick up, she then said I'd be a better fit with her friend, and set me up to talk to her who was a bit on the heavier side and wasn't my type really at all.
Yeah it's gotta be a weirder situation for women. I picture women being set up with creepy old white dudes for some reason, and that creeps me the hell out more.
