One of the things that really grinds my:I think most black people after a certain point can just feel out racism. You can tell when a person is racist. You can just feel the energy that they put out in the world. As for me I have it down to a point where I can tell if the person is racist and damn near to what extent/how racist they are.One of the times I seem to be able to notice is walking out of Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart for whatever reason seems to hire a lot of racist and bigoted employees. And as dumb as it seems they put them as greeters/receipt checkers. Why in the world would you put a person that has racist tendencies there to greet people I have no clue!It's not the greeting that let's me know that they have those tendencies though. It's when they want to see the receipt. Now in a different point in my ife long ago I used to work at Wal-Mart. So I know that the checking is supposed to be random. The only exception is if the person had a large/expensive item or the alarm goes off.However that is not the case. Lots of times the greeters are picking people just based on the fact that they are black.I can just feel the difference of that I was a random selection vs I was singled out due to being young (I'm not even that young, just still look young) and black!I hate when this person at the door singles me out because of my skin color feeling like I have reason to steal just because I am black. All the meanwhile I make more money in one damn month then they make in 6 months! I swear sometimes I feel like pointing that shit out.
