I didn't see the trailer until now actually, but Gen V is a new upcoming spinoff of The Boys on Amazon. I didn't even know they were making a spinoff until weeks ago when a friend told me about it. Anyway, this one looks to be taking place at a college, where I'm guessing all of them are superheroes or something. That's the vibe I got from it.
