And since they believe doing "God's work" (which includes enslaving, exploiting, colonizing, terrorizing and brainwashing people) is a "necessary evil", they and their descendants feel they shouldn't be punished for it. That's why they were so angry at all of those slave rebellions. Slave rebellions were "ungodly" and to be "ungodly" and "evil" is to be "anti-white", anti-status quo, and a threat to the manmade social order (which is white supremacy with Black people at the bottom).
