All important things to put time into in life. I think people need to understand that happiness cannot be dependent on others or circumstances either. Being grateful is a big thing. Like I know it can be hard to be grateful when you are struggling but if you have that mindset, you handle stress better and you are better able to be happy with less. When you do get more, it won't go to your head either.
