Never had this happen before but I think my last girlfriend was dating someone else midway through our relationship. One time we were in San Francisco and I had a pretty frank conversation with her about her being a prima donna and not a good one at that and I think that was the justification she needed to step out. The intimacy went from average to non-existent so I broke up with her.
