I think the problem is that lyrically he cannot hold an entire album on his own hence why every song has a guest. But let’s say he went with a bunch of A-listers, it will create too big of a disparity between his bars and theirs.I believe the guests were cool and wouldn’t have been an issue if he had stronger verses. It was like one snooze verse and then a mid tier verse on most songs. Even Nas’ verse was mid.
