The fact is young black Americans are the culture and that culture is global. The fear is black America openly supports the Palestinians but more closer to home, openly question America's support.

The fear is that we start discussing the treatment of Blacks in Israel both the African migrants as well as the non Ashkenazi Jews from Ethiopia, Yemen, Separhdic, the darker ones.

That's the fear. I had a discussion recently a former coworker, Jewish, we worked very closely and we speak honestly on some things. He asked about the 'Why aren't Blacks supporting us' thing. I saId, culturally, traditionally because of our history in the diaspora, we are sympathetic to other oppressed peoples.

We were sympathetic to Jews and others in the death camps. But we aren't going to support any group just because. If they are doing the wrong thing we're not going to support it. We don't support when our own are doing bad things. I said that we've always either called out or distanced ourselves from any Black person doing wrong or a group (gangbangers, etc). Why should you be any different?
