Jokic is arguably the best player in the NBA. No one is denying that. The guy can flat out play, great eyes and awareness, slow but gets his shot off quick, can play low post or hit the 3. No question he's a great player and would be "good" in any era, probably great.
However, white boys are gong hard on his jock. They riding his dyck like a porn star.
I can tell on comments section there are white boys who really don't know much about basketball just saying the most random shyt.
Anytime, white people find a white person who is doing well, or even dominating in a sport with Blacks as the majority and Blacks dominate they are over the top with it.

When Jordan, Kobe and LeBron was dominating the media and fans called them the best player in the NBA. It was a given if you were best in the NBA you were the best in the world, pretty much. However, I notice that with Jokic white people have changed it to 'the best player in the world'.
He and Embiid were the two most dominating players a year ago and there wasn't much separating them with regards to how important they were to each others team. They were vital. However, when Embiid won and this is still going on. In the comments they are still not only butt hurt but keep repeating Jokic was 'robbed'. Robbed is when there is no doubt whatsoever. Embiid and Jokic were very close in terms of MVP performance and value.
I also say this. If Jokic played in the '90s, he'd be at best a bench player in the NBA all star game. With what you were allowed to get away with in the '90s defensively and with having to play: prime Duncan, Shaq, Robinson, Malone, Ewing, Hakeem, Barkley, Mutombo, Mourning, even Ralph Sampson, Ben Wallace, an old Robert Parrish, early 90s Moses Malone, week in, week out, he wouldn't have anywhere close to the stats he has now.
He came along in the right era where there is a lack of great big men in the NBA along with rules that favor the offense more than at any time ever.
There have always been Euro white boys similar to him: Sibonis, Divac. Only Dirk dominated consistently.
Am I being too over the top? I can be.
