I think it's cool he was able to figure out who sent the photo, but everything he did after that probably fell on deaf ears. We have to stop trying to get these racists to empathize with what we're going through. Article was half-hearted as well... What was the ethnicity of the offending student?

"though he said that the apology he was offered was unauthentic and condescending, and the student’s demeanor demonstrated that he hadn’t learned much from the experience." Duh! The student didn't care and will do it again.
