There seems to be a growing trend of reverse migration. More of us are going back to the southern states, buying land, and building communites.That's a great strategy, IMO.FBA turned Atlanta into the Black Mecca in the 80's & 90's; now we can replicate that in other southern cities like Birmingham, Jackson, Ft. Worth, and Little Rock.
