I really think this is going to happen especially in certain hot spots like California. The price of homes here are so ridiculous in the major metropolitan areas that it is displacing the locals. The thing about bubbles is that the people making money off it will never admit the bust is coming. Either willingly to protect their interests or because greed is blinding. This inflation with wage stagnation and home rates rising is a recipe for disaster.
