British PR at its finest! Not sure how Britain got the reputation as being polite started, but their are a bunch of rude, belligerent mofos up and down the country.Not sure where in the UK the clip was taken (guessing from the style of housing in the background, and the accents of the people involved it may be the Nottingham / East Midlands area), but it is easy to imagine this incident going left very quickly.
