No, and that would be for the mental health physician to determine if the person is safe or not.If those mental health disorders rose to a level that the person is unsafe to themselves or others then they be disqualified from having the weapon.I'm not saying that the suggestions are making a perfect but it's better than what we're getting right now which is nothing.
