Notice how they never made an example out of confirmed anti-Black racist Riley Cooper, the former Philadelphia Eagles NFL player that not only called Black people the n-word and scream that he'd "fight every n-word" like a rural hoodrat, but also got into a fight with a Black teammate?

And of course he gave a non-apology. Outside of a measly fine, the Eagles did not force Riley Cooper to go on apology tour, donate over $500,000 to Black grassroots organizations, meet with Black churches leaders and Black grassroots activists, etc. No non-stop hit pieces or character assassination. No demands for the Eagles to get rid of him. No suspensions without pay either. Nope, none of that. They treated each racist incident he was involved in as an "isolated incident" that did not reflect Riley Cooper as a person or white people as whole. In fact, the dominant society immediately put Riley Cooper's racist antics behind them and Philadelphia Eagles continued allowing Riley Cooper to play for the Eagles until his comfy retirement in 2017. He is now living a "peaceful life" and catching fish while dressed as and looking exactly like the white racist conservative male that he is and always was.
