I'm just curious as to whether people here set any new year's resolutions? How are they going? I must say this is the first year where I did not set any new year's resolutions. I wonder how many people will actually stick to their resolutions when February rolls around.

Continue eating healthy.
Up my financial game
Get a couple certifications I've been working on
See at least 1 new country by year end
Last but not least, its actually 24/7, continue the fight against white supremacy

I do but don't at the same time cause I know if I put too much pressure on myself I will fail so I made a point to say I will make some positive changes as I go. First thing I am working on is upping my water intake. It is simple and easy to stick with once I make it a habit.
