There is a guy in LA named Milk from the Hoover Gangster crips that was openly saying n*gga in the set, till he got checked in prison by other crips. But was saying it was normalized to him and since his set didn't have an issue he should be able to say it. (One too many fades ended that)

I definitely heard of swirlers in Africa who don't trip one iota about their white boyfriends or husbands calling them that or referring to other Blacks as such.
