So true, they do not respect our 2nd amendment rights. There was a test done of a white man walking down the street with an AR-15 and a Black man and the White man was pulled over, they asked my 2 questions and left. The Black guy was held at gunpoint and forced to get on the ground. It was disgusting.

Never has been and never was.

The entire Bill of Rights, this country and its resources are not and were not made for Black people. Period.

The 2nd amendment was ONLY made for white men. I said this in another thread. I am not saying to change gun laws but gun laws will become more strict and the Republicans will be the ones initiating it if black men start buying guns (and we are) in so many numbers that if we start making it the norm in open carry states, they will restrict gun laws.

What I recommend (and think if you don't its nuts) is buy a body cam if you open carry. You are black. It's a given you will trigger white folks. Survive the incident. A body cam gives you a possible lawsuit.

What I would also like to see, and this was done a little in the '70s I heard, is create a class action lawsuit. In an open carry area where the cops are knowingly harassing black men who open carry and no one else. Have some white allies open carry on the same day and hour a week and then black men do it. The response by cops over and over, should be enough for a class action lawsuit. It would be nice if you win the lawsuit, but even if you don't. Being on the 'jumbotron' and having to air your dirty laundry is enough to check them.

We have to approach things strategically.
