There are so many racist white think-tanks and "institutes" out here manufacturing and promoting propaganda while pretending to be something that is prestigious and legitimate Be careful.

The Federalist Society is how Brett Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas, and many others came up.

Supreme Court Justices with Federalist Society ties: (clockwise from upper left) Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Brett Kavanaugh, John Roberts, Neil Gorsuch, and Amy Coney Barrett.

How the Federalist Society came to dominate the Supreme Court

In a new audiobook β€œTakeover,” Harvard Law Professor Noah Feldman explores the rise of the Federalist Society.

The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies (FedSoc) is an American conservative and libertarian legal organization that advocates for a textualist and originalist interpretation of the U.S. Constitution.[4][5][6] Headquartered in Washington, D.C., it has chapters at more than 200 law schools and features student, lawyer, and faculty divisions; the lawyers division comprises more than 70,000 practicing attorneys in ninety cities.[1] Through speaking events, lectures, and other activities, it provides a forum for legal experts of opposing views to interact with members of the legal profession, the judiciary, and the legal academy.[7] It is one of the most influential legal organizations in the United States.[8][9]

The Federalist Society was founded in 1982 by a group of students from Yale Law School, Harvard Law School, and The University of Chicago Law School with the aim of challenging liberal or left-wing ideology within elite American law schools and universities. The organization's stated objectives are "checking federal power, protecting individual liberty and interpreting the Constitution according to its original meaning",[1] and it plays a central role in networking and mentoring young conservative lawyers.[5]

According to Amanda Hollis-Brusky, the Federalist Society "has evolved into the de facto gatekeeper for right-of-center lawyers aspiring to government jobs and federal judgeships under Republican presidents."[8] It vetted President Donald Trump's list of potential U.S. Supreme Court nominees and, as of March 2020, 43 out of 51 of Trump's appellate court nominees were current or former members of the society.[10]

The federalist society isn't as dangerous as the John Birch Society one of the oldest of these think tanks and if you investigate Congress /Senators you'll find that many of these members belong to ALL of these "Societies"/Think tanks this is really a war against the People more specifically Black people in Amerikkka.......keep doing your research!! In the meantime there's nothing against us having our own think tanks to counter theirs let's keep things on an even level. ✊🏿
I wouldn't be surprised if Biden belongs to one or more of these "Societies"

In your view, what exactly makes the Federalist Society less dangerous than the John Birch Society? I see the Federalist Society almost just as dangerous because of how powerful enough they are to be able to manufacture and put forward all of these mostly fringe and unqualified Federal Judges and Supreme Court Justices we are seeing now.

All this just re-reminds me white supremacy is a 24 hour, 7 days a week operation with no days off.
We just need enough of us to realize that and act accordingly.
