Same. They think that they are atoning for their racist sins and are repenting for the anti-Black hatred and indifference that permanently remains in their hearts by doing that crap.


They literally think to themselves, "Oh I see a seemingly safe Black negro person that looks timid and sort of approachable. Maybe I can chat it up with them and then listen to my favorite Black artist when I get home to make up for the times I said the n-word, called a Black girl a "Black b1tch" and tried to fight her, and/or went on a racist tirade after watching a segment on Fox News / Ben Shapiro's podcast. Maybe they can become the Black friend that I can claim the next time I say/do something racist and get caught in the act. I mean I love the Blacks. I love all people. I love everyone. We are all the same."
