Shaquille O'Neal Seeks Over $1.3M In Damages Following Failed Partnership With Cannabis Company

Interesting news, as Shaq is suing for $1.3 million in damages due to a failed partnership with cannabis company Viceroy LLC. Along with Shaq is his business partner, who is also suing. Shaq invested $100,000 into the company, while his business partner invested the other $50,000, for a total of $150,000. What it comes down to is this, the company did not really do anything since the investments were made, and that was all the way back in 2015. It got so bad that the owner of the company was offering to pay back the investments by paying $10,000 a payment, but they only received one payment in return.

Now Shaq and team want $1.3 million in damages because of it. Not sure how you get $1.3 million from $150,000, but according to the article, they do mention there was interest involved, so it probably went up.

Do you think they'll win their case and get that money?
