Yeah, but this will all hurt Black people the most, which is exactly what TPTB intend to do. The non-Blacks (including illegal aliens) and even some of the non-FBA immigrants will continue to deplete our already very limited resources while getting extra resources (which we are virtually excluded from) on top of that.
Yet, if we practice and advocate for self-preservation and call out the unfair, unjust BS along with the anti-Black racism of the non-Black / non-FBA people and their anti-Black racist cultural practices and ideologies, then we will be painted as one big "Black Supremacist" Kanye West and get imprisoned for promoting and encouraging "white supremacist ideals."
Don't be surprised if they legally try to label FBA / ADOS people as an extremist hate group (which it's not) instead of a lineage and if they try to lock up many of the B1 influencers. This plan and the mofos behind it are EVIL.
This H.R.61 - 118th Congress (2023-2024): Leading Against White Supremacy Act of 2023 initially "sounds" good and can fool Black people and the rest of the public into thinking that this is a major win for "minorities" (including Black people), but the devil is in the details. It especially violates the 1st Amendment. This sets a very, VERY dangerous precedent.
Neither H.R. 40 or H.R. 61 should be passed as these bills are akin to giving a child candy when really it's poison.

They are also going to use this to slap RICO charges on people and so they can prosecute, persecute, intimidate, and criminalize people as they mislabel and falsely accuse people (particularly and especially us Black people) of being gangs, hate groups, Russian bots, extremist groups, supremacists, misinformation mills, attackers of democracy, etc.
This is no different then how Ron DeSantis, Florida officials, and their police were silencing people and raided the houses of those who were exposing the truth about covid and the actual high rates of covid and fatalities.

They "say" it's to monitor speech on Ukraine and Russia, but it's placed under Homeland Security, so it's just another way to control information as we gradually move towards one world order. Heavy censoring is on the way in 2022-2024. Beware...
Even now saying that Ukraine is a racist country with a Nazi military that radicalizes white supremacists is considered "disinformation" and "attacks from Putin." Just because Putin and Trump occasionally speak the truth doesn't mean that the truth is suddenly a lie.
