This woman can't even live in her own home in piece. This is even further reason why black people need to invest in single family homes.
Even then you need to research the area and meet people.

I met all of my neighbors prior to my closing date of purchase. One of my neighbors does vote Republican and voted for Trump. He is one of the nicest people I've met though.
There's a difference between politics and racism!

Invest in single family homes with no HOA. These homes are out there. Find them and buy them up!

It’s also scary ass Black people not riding on these racists. Apartment, Condo, Townhome, House, it doesn’t matter….white people feel like they have the right to harass us and we have to start giving these ass hats consequence. Too much John Lewis energy in the world and many of us would rather bury our heads in the sand then hit these assholes where it hurts when they violate.

Well she did step to his door which was good but to your point, they only respect violence and loss of finance. I believe it was Malcolm who said you cannot expect sympathy from someone who doesn’t have a soul.

If you have a house and they come onto your property then you have a lot more right to defend yourself. #peppersprayakaren

If you’re in a place where they don’t respect your rights in an apartment because you’re Black, why would they respect it because you’re in a house? Castle Doctrine isn’t some sure fire thing for a Black person attacking a white person.

You're correct it isn't. But you have a lot better standing in a house than you do am apartment.
No one has any business on your property at a house.
If you pepper spray them in your yard they can't argue that they didn't think you should have been there and all this nonsense you see online.
